Panera Bread in Rolla

My checking account was double charged by the store. After the double amount posted with my bank, my choice was to was to drive an hour back to the store or wait an additional 30 days for my money back on services or product never received. While the initial double charge may have been Panera's equipment or employee's error, refusing to immediately refund their error crossed the line to a fraudulent charge. The general manager was disrespectful and rude without a basic understanding of the difference between a debit and a credit and ended a call he was supposed to make days prior, by yelling his ignorance before I hung up. I paid almost $20 for a meal worth about $10 and was charged almost $40 and told to wait 30 days for $20 taken from my account without permission. No accommodations. No apologies. No attempt at righting their obvious wrong.

More often than not I am disappointed with this location. The one in st Robert is much better in my opinion, almost worth the drive even if you live in Rolla. I've only gotta my order correctly one out of the 5 or 6 times I've been. The last time we visited the Mac and cheese looked like it should have been changed out an hour or so ago. Sauce was almost completely dried out and the pasta just crumbled trying to mix from being over cooked and sitting for too long. Turkey bacon bravo was served up without bacon. Brought it up to the counter to be fixed and I kid you jot the kid grabbed two slices of bacon out of the try and just shoved them in to my sandwich. Well, I suppose he did fix the issue, but I didn't think his customer service skills were the best. Will not be returning to this location. Would rather drive the half hour to st Robert for better service and correct orders.

They were busy but extremely nice and courteous. It's no wonder they have business. Managers are always extremely nice and willing to solve any issue. They're literally an example in customer service everyone can learn from.

This was my first time at Panera Bread and I wanted to know the difference between the different bowls that are offered. The employee either just didn't care or was ignorant in the difference between the options. He just told me, "Well one is like vegetarian, and the other is chicken." Yes, I know, I too can also read. But the fact that they're under different categories, means that's there's different ingredients right? He asked for my points card thingy but wouldn't explain to me what that was, as if it were bothering him to do so. I eventually just settled with the Turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich. It was cold, and just bland overall. The mango smoothie was alright, but not worth $5. Go elsewhere

The drive thru was a little busy because it was lunch time, but it moved faster than I thought it would. Their frozen strawberry lemonade is really good.

The staff is super friendly, the food is excellent, the new covid rules are easy to follow. Superb place to eat.

Good food, awesome employees and quick service. Very impressed with how friendly and kind the young man working drive through was. He made our day! The Mediterranean sandwich was awesome- definitely would have it again!

Such an awesome place! Good food, good people, good environment. Especially love coming in to see Charlie and Ryan! Seriously the most kind and generous people you will ever meet!

This panera is usually okay. My Thai salad is always delicious. The last time I went everything was served on « disposable » dishes with plastic utensils. No options for recycling at this location either. I get that people are afraid of coronavirus, but could we at least use eco friendly containers? I guess I just expected more from a company like panera.
